When the news comes that someone has gone,
To the heavens, a land far beyond,
You know your life will never be the same,
But there's no one to blame,
For the piece of yourself lost,
Because nothing costs as much as that being meant to you,
But there's nothing you can do.
Except keep the memory alive,
For what will survive,
The memories in your heart,
Never to depart.

Blue is a flower's color so bright,
A sapphire shining in the light,
Blue is the color of an ocean view,
The color of the sky and denim too.
But blue isn't only a thing of beauty,
Its when people die doing their duty.
Blue is a feeling, a feeling of gloom,
The feeling when flowers never bloom.
Blue represents many things,
Good and bad is what it brings.
